Star Student

 Last week we celebrated one of our sweet friends as Star Student.... Norah!  Norah is like a bright light in our classroom, always smiling, always helping others and always showing so much care to all her friends.  It was so nice getting to know her more through her sparkly poster, pictures and show-n-tell.  

Happy Mother's Day!

 What a special day we had celebrating our moms and loved ones! Thank you to all who were able to join us, we sure had some happy and excited kids. :)

Star Student

Our Star Student last week was our friend, Myriam!  Myriam is sweet, playful, happy and always making friends smile.  She is kind to everyone in our classroom including her teachers.  We loved learning more about Myriam from her poster, pictures, show-n-tell and story she brought from home.  

Mystery Reader

We were so fortunate to begin our day with a Mystery Reader on Tuesday!  Mabel's Dad joined us first thing and read us 3 of Mabel's favorite stories.  He read us If You Give a Moose a Muffin, Ballerina Beautiful and Big Shark's Valentines Surprise.  We always love to begin our day with a Mystery Reader!

Last week Friday, we had a wonderful visit from Ellie's Dad as Mystery Reader!  He read us two perfect stories and even had the help of Ellie to read it. :)  The stories he read were The Pigeon Has to Go to School and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.  It was sure great to end our week this way!
